Medical Laboratory Technician / Scientist

MLee Healthcare is seeking a certified Medical Laboratory Technician / Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional laboratory services and contributing to cutting-edge advancements in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex laboratory procedures across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Analyze and interpret laboratory data, maintaining high standards of quality control and assurance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) through ASCP or equivalent accrediting agency.
  • Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS) such as Epic Beaker and SoftBank is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
