Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our Full Stack Development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative software solutions and driving technological advancements. You will be responsible for providing leadership to engineering teams, mentoring engineers, and setting a high bar for technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to engineering teams, mentoring engineers, and setting a high bar for technical excellence.
  • Drive the technical direction, manage complex projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
  • Oversee the development of applications across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on using the MERN stack.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a deep understanding of cloud architecture and services.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing software engineering teams in large-scale, high-growth environments.

Compensation Package

$159,716.54 - $231,589.00 per year, plus 15% annual bonus target.
