Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic MRI procedures in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards
  • Position patients to obtain desired views and apply immobilization devices as required
  • Recognize emergency situations and initiate code procedures as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of imaging procedures
Requirements
  • Trade/vocational training in radiologic technology
  • 1-3 years of general radiology experience
  • NJ license
  • AART certification
  • BLS through American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • ARMRIT certification
Work Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Evening shift
  • 40 hours per week
