Job Title: Senior Case Manager

At JAMS, we are committed to diversity and inclusion. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Panelists to develop and administer their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice.
  • Manage complex cases through the life of a case, ensuring timely and efficient administration.
  • Assess client experiences to identify additional business opportunities.
  • Administer cases in accordance with company rules, policies, and best practices.
  • Partner with Panelists to achieve their practice goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management, Legal, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administration and case management.
  • Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in required software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Internal candidates must have 4-6 years of proven ability as a Case Manager or similar position.
