Position Overview
Belmond El Encanto, a luxurious hotel, is seeking a dedicated House Attendant to assist the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations, communal spaces, and service areas. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Support the housekeeping department in upholding the quality standards set by Belmond El Encanto.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cleaning and servicing guest rooms, ideally within a luxury hotel environment. Attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to guest needs are crucial. Basic English communication skills are advantageous.
