Job Summary:

This role entails overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's AV system and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and program management skills to develop and enhance our AV program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support during company events to ensure seamless operations, including live streaming All Hands, Sales Kickoff, Company Kickoff, Quarter Business Reviews, Executive Summit, etc.
  • Partner with external AV vendors on customer-facing events and be the primary internal liaison
  • Lead the design, installation, and configuration of AV systems throughout our global office footprint
  • Collaborate with our workplace team to build out new offices, augment existing offices, and decommission offices where applicable
  • Develop AV standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company requirements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive AV documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Deliver AV training and documentation to our support team
  • Maintain Conference room AV systems by conducting regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability, ensure AV equipment and gear are neat and tidy
  • Evaluate new AV products and technologies and conduct pilot tests to recommend for adoption
  • Provide expert-level support for our internal Communication and Events team, guiding the team on best practices and resolving technical issues promptly
  • Maintain our global AV equipment inventory
Requirements:
  • Certification in A/V technology
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in AV space
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in the design and deployment of integrated AV / VC systems across a wide customer base and across global corporate offices
  • A passion for delivering results and building trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience prioritizing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira knowledge is a plus)
  • Familiarity with VC platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
  • Willingness to travel both domestic and international as needed to support events
