Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive FP&A Lead to collaborate with our Professional Services, support, and Customer Success teams. This role is ideal for those who excel in dynamic settings and wish to leverage their financial expertise to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a principal advisor to the Professional Services leadership on financial performance, team effectiveness, and internal processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate financial reports each month, influencing strategic decisions across the organization.
- Present monthly operational outcomes to the leadership team, providing valuable insights.
- Work alongside the VP of Finance to develop engaging materials for board presentations on a quarterly basis.
- Lead financial modeling efforts to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data within the Kantata system.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to analyze operational results, ensuring precise financial reporting.
- Continuously improve KPI and financial reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and relevance.
- Provide analytical support for mergers and acquisitions activities.
- Champion the implementation of automation and digital solutions to enhance business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in Professional Services and Customer Success sectors.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for conveying complex information to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems; experience with Kantata is advantageous.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a tangible impact on the organization.
