Role Overview:

The Senior HRIS Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the Global HR Information System (Workday), focusing on HCM and Security functionalities. This position collaborates closely with the HRIS Workday Manager to ensure effective support for all aspects of Workday HCM and Security.

This role serves as a vital Technical Partner to Corporate IT, Global Payroll, and HR Centers of Excellence, gathering necessary configurations and table setups. Utilizing a deep understanding of system capabilities, along with technical and functional expertise, the analyst will provide ongoing maintenance and enhancement support for users and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Configuration and Maintenance of Table Setup, including Supervisory Organization creation.
  • Proficient in establishing Companies and locations within the Workday HRIS framework.
  • Experience in configuring and loading EIBs is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Security configuration, including intersecting, rule-based, and segmented security groups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Designing, Building, Testing, Deploying, and Troubleshooting Workday HCM and Security.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing Workday Custom Reports, EIB, and Document Transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills to comprehend complex technical issues and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Workday Org Studio is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests effectively in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Exceptional client focus and dedication to customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
