We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at Healthy Smiles in Dover, NH. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will be responsible for conducting thorough dental hygiene procedures, educating patients on proper oral health practices, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, screenings, and fluoride treatments
- Conduct thorough medical and dental histories, as well as record patient information accurately
- Collaborate with the dentist and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients on proper oral health practices, including brushing, flossing, and regular check-ups
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- A current dental hygienist license in New Hampshire
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and electronic medical record systems
- CPR Certification
