Position Overview:

As a sustainment authority within our organization, you will collaborate with Booz Allen colleagues and clients to swiftly implement advanced weapon systems capabilities that deter threats and furnish essential information to our military personnel. Your role will involve assisting clients in assessing, reengineering, and drafting their system life cycle and sustainment policies, processes, and documentation. By applying your knowledge of Reliability, Maintainability, Quality, Supportability, and Interoperability (RMQSI) methodologies, you will work alongside a diverse team of data analysts, financial managers, systems engineers, and logisticians to ensure that life cycle and sustainment policies and documentation align with DoD standards and directives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in managing sustainment initiatives of varying scales.
  • Proficient understanding of DoD life cycle logistics within a sustainment framework.
  • Demonstrated motivation, a proactive work ethic, and a commitment to the DoD mission.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with military weapon systems.
  • Expertise in the military's sustainment hierarchy, including program offices and defense agencies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
