Position Overview:
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is in search of a dedicated Adult Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC). This is a Full-Time opportunity that focuses on delivering essential behavioral health services to military personnel and their families.


Key Responsibilities:
The primary duty of this role is to offer behavioral health support to military service members and their families.

MFLC counselors engage in face-to-face counseling sessions aimed at addressing various challenges faced by military families.

Areas of Focus:

These include:
- Living conditions
- Life skills enhancement
- Relationship improvement at home and work
- Stress management
- Adjustment issues related to deployment
- Marital concerns
- Parenting challenges
- Coping with fear, grief, and loss.


Additionally, counselors will facilitate health and wellness presentations and collaborate with installation command staff on behavioral health matters.


Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Behavioral Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA)
- A valid and unrestricted counseling license or certification in North Dakota is required
- Typical licenses include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LMHC. Note: Clinicians under supervision are not eligible to apply.
- Familiarity with military lifestyle and experience working with military families is essential.
- Ability to work autonomously in developing, implementing, and assessing safety and intervention plans tailored to individual and family needs.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess fluency in English.
- Capability to pass all background and suitability checks, which may include additional installation-specific requirements.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous military service, being a military family member, or possessing a strong understanding of military culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
