Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residence Director to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality residential services to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the involvement of each individual in all planning and decision-making processes that impact their lives.
  • Ensure staff are recruited, evaluated, and employed based on their ability to provide excellent support to individuals.
  • Develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) in collaboration with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residences, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
  • Lead team meetings to focus on individual and program goals, provide feedback, and problem-solve.
  • Accurately complete staff payroll and maintain supervision files.
  • Manage and record petty cash.
  • Submit monthly reports to the Human Rights Committee and DDS.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience; BA preferred.
  • Proven record of working with and commitment to people with disabilities.
  • Demonstrated management abilities, strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy; proficiency preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License & Good Driving Record.
  • Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification preferred.
