Position Overview:
We are actively seeking both full-time and part-time Support Care Specialists to join our dedicated team at DD Homes Network, a reputable organization with over 35 years of experience in providing community support to individuals with developmental disabilities in Illinois.

Role Responsibilities:
This entry-level position does not require prior experience as a Support Care Specialist, as we offer comprehensive paid training. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting residents with daily tasks and personal care, including toileting, bathing, and feeding.
  • Engaging residents in various recreational activities and supporting their individual goals.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • CNA certification is not required but is advantageous.
