Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate FSRI Assistant Manager, Residential to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, stability, and professional guidance of residents in our care.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to promote a non-judgmental and culturally sensitive environment. You will work collaboratively with the management team to monitor the residential program, maintain Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting, and supervise TST Milieu Counselors.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support TST Milieu Counselors in the residential treatment setting.
  • Monitor the residential program to ensure compliance with FSRI's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to residents, staff, and families to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a social work-related field or significant residential/childcare experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic issues.
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
