Job Summary

As a Labor and Delivery Clinical Nurse at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional care to mothers and babies. With over 12,000 births annually, we are the experienced and caring team families count on for successful outcomes. Our nurses have created a supportive, compassionate environment for all phases of ante- through postpartum care.

Responsibilities

- Provide expert care to patients in the labor and delivery unit
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
- Participate in shared clinical decision-making to improve patient outcomes
- Work with inspirational leadership to foster a culture of excellence and professionalism

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- At least 1 year of acute care RN experience in labor and delivery
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS certification

Preferred Criteria

- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification (or scheduled test date)
