About the Job: As a Host Cashier at Snoqualmie Casino, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests' experiences are pleasant by greeting them with a smile, seating them in appropriate sections, performing money transactions on the POS register, and handling cash accurately. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will make all the difference in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests with a smile in the proper section following the Rotation Procedure.
  • Ask guests for feedback on their meal and invite them back as they leave the restaurant.
  • Operate the POS Register, handle cash accurately, complete daily register transactions, and make deposit to the vault.
  • Check back with guests during their meals to ensure they are satisfied with the restaurant and their service.
  • Inform guests of special events and answer questions about casino events.
  • Support servers on the floor with cleaning floors, arranging tables, and filling water glasses and coffee cups.
  • Keep the Supervisor updated on the business flow of the restaurant.
  • Stock all cashier supplies.
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties.
