Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal store performance.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of company-owned equipment used in daily store operations.
- Receive and prioritize work orders, and follow up on completed tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and work with local contractors to complete major repair projects and maintenance programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
