We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleThis is a 0.9 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12-hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in patient and family education, promoting health and wellness.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- One (1) year Nursing experience.
