Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Controls: Manage the financial reporting and cash controls for a $20 million sales business with 100+ employees, and consolidate the financial reporting for a combined $30 million sales business.
  • Systemization: Develop and implement reporting, systems, processes, and dashboards to drive prompt management and operational response to business developments across all current and future business units.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Continuously update forecasts and evaluate investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making and effective financial management.
  • Managing Growth: Ensure high utilization of assets and availability of liquidity and financing at the corporate level, and manage additional acquisitions.
