Job Summary:

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality repairs and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and procedures, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and repair vehicle damage using various tools and techniques.
  • Plan and execute repair work, including disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicle components.
  • Ensure all work is executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair.
  • Meet labor time guidelines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve repair facility KPIs.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
  • Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and procedures.
