About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Pre-Silicon Platforms team at Apple Inc. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and develop cutting-edge products used by millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the Pre-Silicon platform for next-generation cellular SOCs, assessing HW changes and collaborating with SW/FW teams to finalize requirements.
  • Participate in virtual platform design reviews, drive execution with the team, and negotiate timelines with stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, prioritizing work, representing the team's work within broad efforts, and influencing collaborators and partners to deliver impact.
  • Analyze new SOC architectures, scope out impact on the simulation platform, and discuss requirements with SW/FW collaborators.
  • Understand co-simulation designs, review integration strategies, and provide timely feedback to the team.
  • Track project status and deliverables, communicate status clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners, and balance high-quality product delivery under tight schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Deep understanding of CPU subsystems, SOC architecture, and wireless systems.
  • Experience in SystemC or equivalent tools and ability to work with multiple collaborators.
