Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Checking patients in and out, and handling patient registration
  • Filling pharmacy orders and shipping patient prescriptions
  • Receiving and processing supplies and orders
  • Taking messages and communicating with patients and staff
  • Performing filing and document management tasks
  • Faxing and photocopying documents as needed
  • Cleaning and stocking exam rooms
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
