Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Sergeant to join our team at the University of Washington Medical Center - Montlake. As a key member of our hospital security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol hospital grounds and respond to security incidents
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of security experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
