Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of Windows Server systems in hybrid environments.
  • Provide expertise in disaster recovery planning and infrastructure stability best practices.
  • Conduct regular patching and updates to maintain system security and performance.
  • Manage backup operations and recovery processes for critical systems.
  • Plan and execute server migrations, including transitioning workloads to cloud platforms.
  • Deliver server-level support and troubleshoot production application issues.
  • Utilize security tools for vulnerability management and remediation.
  • Implement automated patch management solutions.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and safeguard data.
  • Understand networking principles, including OSI model and network protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
  • Networking certifications like Network+ or CCNA.
