Responsibilities & Requirements:
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for assessing educational needs and ensuring compliance within the unit. This role supports the Clinical Nurse Manager in the planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of unit initiatives and hospital-wide programs.

- Maintains current nursing knowledge and adheres to departmental policies and procedures.
- Accepts responsibility for the impact of actions on patients and team members.

- Ensures adherence to safety procedures and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required within three years of employment.
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Primarily evening and night shifts; at least 50% of the time must be during these hours.
- Certification in ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC as required by the unit.
- Demonstrates leadership and teaching capabilities.
- Exhibits professional and ethical conduct.
- Must possess a passion for nursing and teamwork.
