Key Responsibilities:

Represent Crunch Fitness Swansea to members and clients by providing top-notch personal training sessions

Develop and implement effective training programs to achieve member retention and client acquisition

Maintain a safe and supportive training environment

Required Qualifications:

Certification from a reputable fitness organization (e.g. ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute, IFPA, NASM, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA)

Previous personal training experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking

Work Environment:

Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts

Extended workdays and weekend shifts may be required
