- Quality Improvement: Oversee the operation of multiple units within a department, identify member and operational needs, and ensure the management of work assignment completion.
- Risk Management: Direct risk management efforts, define standards for corrective action plans, and conduct root cause analysis and failure mode and effect analysis.
- Program Development: Oversee the development of new clinical quality improvement programs, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and provide insight into Kaiser Permanente's capability of realizing strategic opportunities.
- Compliance and Governance: Serve as the subject matter expert for clinical quality improvement processes and regulations, provide consultation on policy interpretation and implementation, and advise on changes to Kaiser Permanente policy.
- Proven experience in clinical quality improvement and risk management.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic insights.
