Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Improvement: Oversee the operation of multiple units within a department, identify member and operational needs, and ensure the management of work assignment completion.
  • Risk Management: Direct risk management efforts, define standards for corrective action plans, and conduct root cause analysis and failure mode and effect analysis.
  • Program Development: Oversee the development of new clinical quality improvement programs, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and provide insight into Kaiser Permanente's capability of realizing strategic opportunities.
  • Compliance and Governance: Serve as the subject matter expert for clinical quality improvement processes and regulations, provide consultation on policy interpretation and implementation, and advise on changes to Kaiser Permanente policy.
