Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair
    • Assemble and install pipe assemblies, valves, tubing, and fittings using various tools and equipment.
    • Supply and install appliances, fixtures, and equipment such as dishwashers, water heaters, sinks, urinals, and toilets.
    • Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting
    • Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, and fixtures in structures.
    • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles using hand and power tools or machines.
  • Quality Control and Safety
    • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local building codes and regulations, as well as industry standards for safety and quality.
    • Maintain and properly use company-issued tools and materials.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with construction professionals of other trades to coordinate plumbing installations with overall building plans.
    • Be available for emergency plumbing repairs and respond quickly to urgent situations.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience in plumbing, preferably in commercial and residential settings.
    • Possess a clean driver's license and ability to pass a drug and background check.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment
    • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job, including bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting 50+ lbs.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening/weekend hours.
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Competitive hourly rate: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour.
    • 35-45 hours per week.
    • Full-time position with benefits, including dental, health, life insurance, retirement plan, and vision insurance.
