We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Rock Hill Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing practice, providing high-quality care to newborns and their families. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill newborns, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of newborns, including physical examination, laboratory results, and medical history.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
  • Provide education and support to families, including counseling and guidance on newborn care and development.
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in nursing.
  • Experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a Level-IIIa NICU setting.
