Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Rock Hill Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families in our 12-bed, Level-IIIa NICU.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families in the NICU
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neonatal care
Requirements:
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
- Experienced NNPs preferred
