This role is essential for supporting the maintenance team at RATP Dev, ensuring that all facilities are kept in pristine condition. Key responsibilities include the upkeep of buses and bus stops.

Overview:

The individual in this position will be tasked with keeping floors, outdoor areas, and maintenance zones clear of litter and debris surrounding the premises. This role does not encompass any safety-sensitive duties.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collect litter and cigarette remnants from all sections of transit facilities and surrounding grounds.
  • Maintain cleanliness of garage floors, pathways, maintenance pits, breezeways, and parking lots.
  • Dispose of waste and replenish restroom supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and report any safety concerns.

Additional Responsibilities:

Occasionally perform window cleaning, lawn maintenance, vehicle waxing, and operate electric floor scrubbers. Undertake other assigned tasks as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Basic skills in machinery operation are necessary.
  • Possession of a class C driver's license is preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be capable of exerting physical effort and performing various manual tasks.

Cognitive Skills:

Ability to collaborate effectively with others and follow verbal directions.

Educational Background:

A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience:

Prior experience is beneficial but not essential.
