Estamos buscando un Líder de Equipo de Ventas a tiempo completo.

REQUISITOS:

  • Más de un año de experiencia exitosa en ventas al por menor y diploma de secundaria (se valora la educación postsecundaria, especialmente en gestión de retail).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, promoviendo relaciones efectivas con los clientes.
  • Capacidad para coordinar las actividades de otros.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
  • Se requiere un año de experiencia en gestión de retail de prendas especializadas.
  • Se dará preferencia a candidatos que hablen cantonés y/o español además de inglés.

RESPUESTAS Y OBLIGACIONES:

  • Alcanzar metas de ventas personales y motivar a otros para impulsar el rendimiento de ventas de la tienda.
  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente ejemplar y asegurar que otros sigan el mismo estándar. Maximizar la rentabilidad a través de un excelente servicio al cliente. Promover una experiencia positiva para el cliente manteniendo todas las áreas limpias y presentando la mercancía de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa.
  • Contribuir a un ambiente de equipo positivo en la tienda. Mantener a los asociados enfocados en alcanzar las metas de la tienda y personales. Reconocer los éxitos de los asociados y ayudar a elevar la moral de la tienda.
  • Procesar transacciones de clientes y otras funciones de caja, cumpliendo con las políticas de manejo de efectivo de la empresa.
