About the Role:

  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to children with complex medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the child's needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the child's physician
  • Monitor the child's condition and report any changes or concerns to the physician or other members of the care team

Requirements:

  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
