Retail Keyholder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Keyholder to join our team at GameStop. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting guests promptly, responding to their questions and concerns, and assisting them in meeting their video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment by maintaining visual and operational elements, and fostering guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, ensuring top-notch guest service.
• Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answering calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Promote GameStop's unique guest benefits, such as the new title reservations program and the Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.
• Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store.
• Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals.

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and to meet associate performance expectations, including attendance, professional dress, and grooming requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess basic math skills, alphabetizing skills, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work as a team to complete necessary tasks in a timely manner.
