Retail Keyholder

As a Retail Keyholder at GameStop, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales within our stores. This position requires a strong passion for video games, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
• Assist in executing and supervising all store activities, including visual and operational elements, to maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, ensuring top-notch guest service.
• Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answering calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Promote GameStop's unique guest benefits, such as the new title reservations program and the Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.
• Ensure all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily and safeguard company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals, and complete required administrative and operational duties.

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.
