Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $120,000, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and design innovative user experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing strategic vision for user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications;
  • Maintaining design guidelines, templates, and style guides;

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience;
  • A minimum of 2 years of position-specific relevant experience in UI/UX design, product design, and/or enterprise application fields or relevant customer-facing job roles;
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.;
  • Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking;
  • Strong visual design skills with a focus on clean, modern design;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment;

Others: This role requires the following clearance level: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph. You must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and senior personnel, exchange accurate information, and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery frequently.
