About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Strategist to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our financial management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's financial strategy and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement global financial systems, policies, and procedures to enable impact throughout our global network.

- Oversee the development of our financial management strategy and ensure its effective implementation.

- Collaborate with the CEO & President and other members of the executive team to drive organizational success.

Requirements:

- Results-oriented leader with business astuteness and demonstrated analytical and forecasting skills.

- Ability to make difficult decisions and identify strategic resource needs across the global network.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary range: $270,000-$340,000 USD (dependent on experience).

- A hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of 8 days per month in the office.
