Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nursing education and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Operating Room setting.
  • Experience in nursing education and professional development.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other stakeholders.
