This is a unique opportunity to join Delta Group, a renowned investigative firm dedicated to combating insurance fraud. As an SIU Investigator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing suspicious claims across various lines of insurance.

About the Job

The successful candidate will conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence and interviewing claimants, witnesses, and employers. With a focus on Workers' Compensation claims, you will work closely with clients, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies to ensure accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate claims through recorded statements, interviews, and data analysis.
  • Provide regular updates to case managers and clients.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of claim files.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout the investigation process.
  • Develop effective investigative strategies and plans.
  • Analyze evidence to determine accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Present findings to Claim Adjusters and provide recommendations.
  • Evaluate the need for additional evidence, including accident reports, witness statements, and expert opinions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong investigative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to recognize patterns of inconsistencies indicating potential fraud.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of tools and techniques for conducting insurance claims investigations.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
