Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Redhawk. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down displays, processing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, support each other in meeting customer needs, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including checking for damage, verifying quantities, and stocking shelves.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor store operations to prevent theft and maintain a secure store environment.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
