About Us:

National Guard Employment Network is proud to offer this opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist. As a member of our Client Services team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional IT support to our internal employees. This role requires a strong understanding of desktop support principles, including workstation procurement, software configuration, and user profile management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical assistance to internal employees with their IT-related issues.
2. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT support services.
4. Conduct research on new/emerging technologies to improve IT support services.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience. A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred, but not required. The candidate should possess skills in Apple iOS, Information Technology (IT) Support, Troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS, and Windows Troubleshooting.

Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
