Job Summary:
The Care Partner will provide personalized care and services to residents, upholding the mission of Oaks Senior Living, LLC, and promoting the well-being of the residents. This role requires a kind and caring individual who can provide assistance and support with residents' activities of daily living in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to resident calls and needs.
- Assist with resident activities, encouraging participation and engagement.
- Support residents in attending meals, serving meals, and observing and reporting changes in appetite and physical abilities.
- Assist with cleaning and tidying residents' rooms and common areas.
- Provide personal care assistance, including showers, toileting, and dressing and grooming tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving for older adults is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Desire to work with older adults and a friendly, caring disposition.
- Must be 18 years of age and have a satisfactory criminal history check.
- Must have a physical exam by a licensed physician and a negative drug screen.
