The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Nursing, minimum 2 years' experience as an NP within the past 3 years, and current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner from any state. The candidate must also hold certification in the specialty required by the TO from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
- Provide outcome-based nurse practitioner services in accordance with privileges granted by the MTF, including supervising and providing general screening and medical care examinations of patients for routine, acute, and chronic conditions involving all organ systems.
- Techncially direct and teach other staff members, provide evidenced-based educational lectures, and participate in in-service training to enhance staff knowledge.
- Diagnose and treat patients with common acute conditions, chronic illnesses, or minor trauma within accepted protocols, clinical practice guidelines, Nurse Practice Acts, and/or in consultation with a physician.
- Promote preventive care and health maintenance through formal and individual education and counseling, including annual physicals, positive health behaviors, and self-care skills.
- Communicate and collaborate with diverse groups of people to inform the healthcare team of plans/actions and teach/educate to benefit patients/families and the organization.

- Education: MSN Degree
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience within the past 3 years as an NP
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted NP license from any state
- Clinical Certification: Must be certified in the specialty required by the TO as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC or AANP
- Life Support Certification: Maintain current AHA or ARC BLS Certifications
- Security: Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance
