Job Overview

Benevilla is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Exercise Coach to join our team at the BeneFitness Adaptive Gym in Surprise, AZ. This is an on-call position, requiring flexibility and reliability.

About the Role

The Fitness Exercise Coach will provide person-centered directed exercise programming, including relationship-based meaningful and individualized exercise programs, providing choices, and encouraging members to maximize their body's ability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging exercise programs for clients with varying needs and abilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective exercise practices
Requirements
  • HS Diploma/GED Equivalent required; National Certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, or exercise coach
  • Able to receive *Fingerprint Clearance Card, *CPR, and *Negative TB/Chest X-Ray certifications
