Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, assigning rooms and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
  • Assist with room assignments, blockings, and preregistrations as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent work-related experience.
  • 1-year experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Flexibility in schedule and ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers.
