Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead our Retail Product Display Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, new product introduction, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality retail product displays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international contract manufacturers.
  • Travel internationally up to 20% to ensure quality control.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, new product introduction, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
