Estimated Salary Range:
$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
As an Agricultural Equipment Mechanic at Quality Equipment, you will be responsible for:

• Performing basic diagnostic and repair tasks on agricultural and turf equipment
• Disassembling, assembling, and repairing components and machines
• Carrying out service tasks assigned by the Service Manager
• Preparing necessary forms for job assignments
• Reporting any additional work required on equipment to the Service Manager
• Participating in training programs as directed by the Service Manager
• Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to neat and orderly work practices
• Reporting issues with shop tools, equipment, or vehicles

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience performing service repairs
• The ability to write diagnosis and work completed on routine reports
• Proficient knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and/or hydraulic systems
• The ability to use personal computers and diagnostic equipment
• A valid driver's license for potential driving situations
• The ability to operate a forklift (preferred)
