A Homely Care LLC, a compassionate home care provider dedicated to delivering personalized services, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes.

Position Overview:

As a CNA at A Homely Care LLC, you will play a crucial role in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), providing personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with ADLs and IADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients.
  3. Facilitate medication adherence by reminding patients to take their medications, assisting with opening medication packaging, and documenting observed side effects under the guidance of a licensed nurse.
  4. Assist with mobility and transfer as needed.
  5. Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Current and valid CNA license in Rhode Island.
  2. Behavioral Health Certification.
  3. CPR certification.
  4. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  5. Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
  6. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent.
  8. At least one year of recent experience as a CNA.
  9. Language Proficiency: While not a strict requirement, multilingual capabilities, such as proficiency in Spanish and English, are valued.
  10. Must possess previous experience working for a home care agency that provides Personal Care Aide services.
