Your Role
As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a critical role in leading our pharmacy team and supporting the management of all aspects within your pharmacy. Key responsibilities include:
• Patient Safety
• Pharmacy Professional Practice
• Regulatory Requirements
• Quality Assurance
• Customer Service
• Personnel Management
• Inventory Management
• Financial Profitability
• Loss Prevention
• Workflow Management
You'll also be responsible for keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you'll lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your team.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $60.00 - $73.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• An active pharmacy license in the state where you're employed
• Not to be on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Prioritizing customer needs, maintaining accurate records, and staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements are essential skills for this position.
