Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package with salaries ranging from $183,100 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. This includes guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.

Job Description

As a Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for providing a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Newton, MA. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, with flexibility to choose when and how much you want to work. We prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care, and we believe that this approach leads to successful clinical outcomes.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts:

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

You should be licensed and living in the state in which you will be practicing. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others are essential qualities for this role.
